Mark is a highly proactive Recruitment Professional with over 20 years’ experience working for the On Line Group. Applying his expertise across a range of sectors including the oil & gas, steel, power, pharmaceuticals and chemicals industries, Mark is focused on delivering exceptional client satisfaction within the recruitment sector for both temporary and permanent positions.
Mark’s day to day consists of resourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating pay and charge rates, reviewing contractual documentation, resolving all queries and any issues from the client or contract worker. Mark also attends various networking events across the region to raise the Group’s profile, and passes on his knowledge and skills to help train new personnel within the agency team.
Sophie joined us in 2014 and has progressed in her to position of ‘Resource Consultant’ within On Line People. Day to day duties include supporting the recruitment process within the Company. This involves the sourcing, matching and selection of candidates on a contract and permanent basis. Arranging and managing the interview process, supporting the client and candidate through each step. Database management including the update the candidates, timesheet management and candidate availability. Sophie also supports the management of our live vacancies via our website and job boards.
Sophie is very committed and dedicated to On Line Peoples employees and clients, endeavouring to provide a high quality, efficient and professional service to achieve client and employee satisfaction.
Emily joined the business in 2015 and has taken up the role of ‘Senior Administrator’ assuming the responsibility of the Administration function throughout the Company. Her role includes client and candidate contract generation, employee compliance and database administration. She will support and guide candidates through their application process from start to finish, assisting them in finding their next role, along with ensuring the correct collation of documents are submitted to clients ensuring compliance for both the candidate and client alike.
Emily has previously worked within the Beauty Industry, and also as a Helpdesk Operator for a busy UK based card service provider. The experience gained from both these roles means Emily has developed excellent interpersonal skills, which is proving positive in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Emily is very enthusiastic about recruitment and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and responsibilities.
Vicki re-joined the company in September 2017 as Agency Administrator, having previously worked for On Line People in 2013. Vicki works on a part-time basis within the Immingham office arranging contracts for new starters, updating the candidate and HR systems, processing new starter packs and providing general administrative support to the rest of the team.
Vicki is a hardworking and determined business graduate. She has a wealth of administrative experience from a wide range of business backgrounds, that provides her with the ability to quickly grasp new skills and concepts.
