A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a small, friendly team in Hull.
You will be supporting the Office Manager with general administration duties, liaising with customers, data inputting, coordinating paperwork, raising invoices and responding to incoming sales enquiries, calls and emails.
This position will suit a confident, experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills, the ability to hit the ground running and work on their own initiative.
- Liaise with customers regarding project time scales and enquiries

Skills and abilities
Previous experience in the Design/ Engineering/ Construction industry would be advantageous but not essential
Good organisational skills with a great eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
